Order and expedition

The goods can be ordered via phone or email. The goods can be sent via Česká pošta or mail-order services (GP, PPL, DPD, DHL, and other). Minimal delivery time is 7 working days. This time depends on the kind of ordered goods and can be longer.

Payment conditions

COD price is ca 80-140 CZK (depending on the weight). The final price is established on the concrete order and added to the price of goods. A packing charge (20 CZK + 19% VAT) is added to the postal charge. The payment can be send via a bank account. In that case, we will send a copy of the bill to your email. Your order will be sent as a common package as soon as you provide us with a payment confirmation (a copy of a bank statement sent to info@velitec.com).
