Thermal wear is suitable not only for sportspeople and mountain rescue services. It can be used by fishermen, huntsmen, and all kinds of people who work in extreme conditions and want the best for their bodies. You should choose the clothing according to the activity you do.
Thermal wear is suitable not only for outdoor activities and in winter but also for indoor sports as squash, futsal or spinning. Light thermal wear, which is slightly chilling when wet, and regulates the body temperature, is used in these cases.
In a lower physical activity in cold weather, when body is neither perspiring too much, nor warming up, thermal wear able to preserve the body temperature is needed. A thicker thermal wear is ideal in this case. Water transfer is not so relevant. (THERMO).
In a higher physical activity such as running, roller skating and tennis, the body is more warming up and perspiring. Because of that, the transfer of wet is the most important. It is better to wear clothing which we can gradually take off.
Middle cloth wear (MEDIUM) is the optimal choice for everyday wearing, which combines advantages of both mentioned cloths.
